Mr. Rich is an associate at Strasser & Associates, P.C. Max came armed with hands-on experiencing joining the firm ten years ago after clerking for the Honorable Gregg A. Padovano in the New Jersey Superior Court.
An experienced litigator with a wide range of experience, Max assists clients with estate and fiduciary litigation, commercial business litigation, shareholder/partnership/member disputes, guardianships, and family law disputes. Max’s litigation experience informs his transactional work. Max has significant experience assisting individual and corporate clients with planning their futures, including the drafting of wills, trusts, operating agreements, corporate formation documents, and prenuptial agreements.
Max has been appointed by the New Jersey Supreme Court to serve on the District IIB Ethics Committee and to serve as the guardian ad litem for alleged incapacitated persons. Max has received certification from the Morris Pashman American Inn of Court, the Rutgers New Jersey Child Support Institute and the New Jersey Judiciary for Mediation.
Mr. Rich also serves the community by serving on the Selection Committee of the Gordon A. Rich Memorial Scholarship Foundation. Max is a member of the Bergen County Bar Association.
