David has been with the firm since 2007 and has represented a diverse group of corporate and individual clients in litigation at the Superior, Appellate and Supreme Court level, as well as Federal District Court proceedings. Mr. Mayland has a wide array of experience including business dissolution, real estate development, foreclosure, construction defects, land use, consumer fraud, estate litigation, and family law.
Mr. Mayland’s transactional experience includes the handling of complex commercial transactions including business entity sales, acquisitions, formation and dissolution as well as advising clients regarding business entity formation, governance, employment and insurance matters. He has extensive experience in drafting and negotiating contracts for acquisition and disposition of real property, commercial and residential land use development, commercial lease agreements, construction contracts and commercial loan transactions.
Mr. Mayland is a member of the Bergen County Bar Association and the New Jersey State Bar Association.
